Terms & Conditions

Each client, by agreeing to a photoshoot, must accept with the following Terms & Conditions. By booking a photoshoot with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Lack of knowledge of these terms does not exempt you from adhering to them.

1. If a reservation is required it should be done in a prepaid manner. For outdoor sessions, christening, and other photosessions (except for photosessions in a studio), the deposit is 100 PLN. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation but can be used to reschedule the session up to 2 times within 2 months from the original reservation date (in case of illness, bad weather, force-majeure). If the deposit is not paid within 2 days, the reservation is considered unconfirmed and will be canceled.
2. If you want a studio photo session, then a reservation deposit must be paid (usually 100% of a rental price). Each studio has its own booking and cancellation policies. The photographer is not responsible for and cannot influence the studio’s booking and cancellation policies and does not bear responsibility for the paid deposit. In case you cancel a studio rental later than in 3 days before the session, the deposit will not be returned back. Therefore, it is recommended to check the studio’s current policies before booking.
3. By choosing me as your photographer, you agree with my photoshoot style and my retouching vision for your photos. 
4. Payment for the photoshoot is made on the day of the session, either in cash or by bank transfer.
5. Photo editing/retouching is done by the photographer in accordance with their editing style. Additional client requests can be considered by the photographer and performed either for free or for an additional fee. The photographer reserves the right not to fulfill any requests that do not align with their vision.
6. The final photos will be delivered electronically via a link to the photographer’s website, as well as printed products if they are included in the selected package.
7. After receiving the final photos, the client must save them (download) to their own storage, as the photographer cannot guarantee their storage for more than 3 months.
8. Each package includes a specified number of edited photos (10, 15, 25 photos). The photographer edits only these photos. All other photos provided for download are not subject to additional editing. The client can choose to have more photos edited for an additional fee. The pricing package includes exactly the number of photos specified in the package. Unedited photos are not included in the packages. It is possible to purchase all photos with color correction for an additional fee.
9. Within 10-14 days after the session, the photographer will send the client a link to select photos for additional retouching. After selecting the photos, the client must notify the photographer that the selection is complete. Photo editing usually takes 10-15 days from the moment the client finalizes the selection. Providing photos earlier than these terms should be discussed individually with the photographer before the session.
10. The client must make their selection for retouching within 7 days from receiving the link. If the client delays this process, the editing timeline may be extended depending on the photographer’s workload.
11. The client’s personal data is used only for sending information, photos, and maintaining contact with the client.
12. If the client is late for the session, the shooting time will be reduced by the same amount of time.
13. By ordering my photo session a client agrees on providing me a possibility to use their photos in my portfolio (including my website, social networking sites, photo contests, any printed artifacts).  If you don’t want your photos to be used publicly, please notify me in advance. In this case the photoshoot will be conducted in a confidential way. 
14. The client bears financial responsibility in case of damage to equipment/props/clothing provided/used by the photographer or studio during the photoshoot if the damage is caused by the client.
15. The production time for printed products depends on the workload of the professional lab and is typically 7-10 working days, including delivery to the photographer. These terms may be extended during holiday periods.
16. The photographer does not provide or sell unedited photos (RAW) or photo book layouts, as they are used as raw materials for editing and printing.
17. All photos and videos belong to Ganna Tsukanova. Any copying or unlicensed usage of the materials with any commercial or non-commercial goal without my approval is illegal.
